MoCo Services – Cleaning Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

All cleaning work will be carried out as agreed in your quotation or confirmation message. Any additional services requested on-site that were not included in the original quotation will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

2. Access to Property

The client must provide access to the property at the agreed date and time. If our team is unable to gain access, a call-out charge or partial fee may apply.

3. Condition of Property

Quotations are based on information provided by the client. If the property condition differs significantly (e.g. excessive dirt, clutter, or pet mess), MoCo Services reserves the right to adjust the price or amend the scope of work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits, where taken, are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Late payments may incur interest or additional administrative fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the booking may incur a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations are charged in full.

We understand emergencies happen, and we’ll always try to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests.

6. Cleaning Materials & Equipment

Unless otherwise stated, all cleaning materials and equipment are provided by MoCo Services. Specialist cleaning (such as carpet, upholstery, or exterior work) may require additional products or equipment at extra cost.

7. Health & Safety

For safety reasons, our team will not:

  • Move large or heavy furniture or appliances unless safe to do so.

  • Work at heights without proper equipment.

  • Handle biohazard materials, pest infestations, or hazardous waste unless prearranged.

8. Damage or Breakages

While every care is taken during cleaning, accidents can happen. Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the item at our discretion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will inspect and re-clean any area we consider reasonable.

Complaints made after 24 hours will be considered at our discretion.

10. Force Majeure

MoCo Services is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, illness, traffic disruptions, or equipment failure.

11. Insurance & Liability

MoCo Services carries public liability insurance appropriate for cleaning operations. Copies of our insurance documents can be provided on request.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking or allowing work to commence, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
